Summary:This is the first periodic update to update LHDs on the progress of the Lead in Water and Lead-Based Paint/Asbestos programs. During each hour-long update, we will cover updates from the Clean Classrooms for Carolina Kids Programs (both for Lead in Water and Lead-based Paint/Asbestos), from the ARPA Reimbursement Program, and from the Agreement Addendum 914. The last 20 or so minutes are Q&A.

Summary: This training was for LHDs using the NC Surveillance System to document ARPA related site visits and information needed to ensure reimbursement for NC public schools and licensed child care centers for eligible expenses under the ARPA Reimbursement Program. These include a lead inspection or investigation was performed, a remediation was approved, and clearance was achieved for licensed child care centers seeking reimbursement for eligible expenses under the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Reimbursement Program.
