On Friday, February 26, UNC IE Environmental Resource Program educators Neasha Graves and Megan Hoert Hughes presented at the 37th annual UNC Minority Health Conference.  They were joined by local partners Lorisa Seibel, Reinvestment Partners, and Lenora Smith, Partnership Effort for the Advancement of Children’s Health – PEACH Durham, to share insights on building effective community partnerships to address childhood lead exposure.  During the session, the presenters and participants worked in small groups to identify other health initiatives that would benefit from community partnerships and brainstorm ways to bring those partners together.
